Essentials
Which fabrications do you work with?
Knitwear, wovens, jersey and mixed fabrications, which combine every material in a single garment: knit, woven, non-woven, leather, lace, etc.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We produce from 50 to 5,000 pieces per style in our Roanne workshops. Beyond that, our partner factories take over for large runs.
Where do you produce?
In our Roanne workshops for samples, small and medium runs, and in our network of 7 partner factories in Bulgaria, Serbia and Türkiye for large runs.
What are your lead times?
They depend on the style, materials and volumes. We give you a schedule together with the quote.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your style (sketch, tech pack or reference garment), materials and volumes through the contact form. We prepare a cost-per-minute quote.
Do you work with international brands?
Yes, in France and abroad, meeting their labelling and compliance requirements. We work in French and English.
Production & network
Where are your partner factories?
4 in Bulgaria and 1 in Serbia for wovens, 2 in Türkiye for knitwear.
Can you combine France and partner factories?
Yes: samples and small runs in Roanne, volume with our partners.
Who follows production?
Our teams in Roanne, from development to quality control. Servistyl remains your single point of contact.
Knitwear
Do you make knitwear samples?
Yes. Our development studio makes the pattern and the sample, then fine-tunes it before bulk production.
Can you suggest knit ideas?
Yes. Based on your requirements, we suggest yarn blends, stitches and textures, tested as swatches before the sample.
Do you make tweed-effect knits?
Yes, it is one of our core specialties. We build the yarn blend and stitch that give a knitted piece a tweed look.
Can you combine knit with other materials?
Yes, that is our specialty: mixed fabrications. We combine knit with woven, non-woven, leather, lace, etc. in a single garment.
Wovens & jersey
What types of woven garments do you make?
Coats, jackets, dresses, skirts, trousers and shirts, from fluid to highly structured pieces.
Do you work with jersey?
Yes. T-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses and jersey pieces are cut and sewn in our workshops, just like wovens, with overlock and coverstitch sewing adapted to knit fabrics.
Mixed fabrications
What are mixed fabrications?
Combining several materials in a single garment: knit, woven, non-woven, leather, lace, etc. For example, a coat with knitted cuffs, or a sweater with a leather panel.
Why is it difficult to produce?
Each material behaves differently: knit stretches, woven does not, leather and lace need specific settings. Patterns, stitch types and threads must be adapted so the garment keeps a good drape and stands up to wear.
Can you develop a mixed-fabrication piece from a sketch?
Yes. Our development studio makes the pattern, fabric tests and sample, then fine-tunes it before bulk.
Our services
Do you only do production?
No. We also handle development and sampling with our in-house development studio.
Can you start from a simple sketch or a moodboard?
Yes. Our development studio makes the pattern from your sketches, tech packs or a reference garment.
Do you make samples without production?
Yes, development can be ordered on its own. Most of our clients then move on to production with us.
What is the difference between CMT and full package?
With CMT, you supply the fabrics and trims. With full package, we source and buy them for you, and you receive the finished garment.
Where is CMT production carried out?
In our Roanne workshops and in our 7 partner factories: Bulgaria and Serbia for wovens, Türkiye for knitwear. We assign each project according to fabrication and volume, with the same quality follow-up.
Do you follow our specifications?
Yes: labelling, packing and compliance requirements, including for export.
